Can I refuse to accept the product?

We always encourage you to inspect the product upon delivery and refuse acceptance if there is any visible damage, discrepancy, or missing items. Reasons for refusal include:

How can I return the product?

In case of any damage due to shipping, please contact us through our social media platform or email within 24 hours of delivery to report it using at least 3 photos or one video clip that shows the damage to initiate your product return request. (Terms and conditions apply).

In case of any missing parts or visible defects, you must report it within 48 hours from the delivery date, specifying the nature of the damage/error/deficiency using at least 3 photos or one video clip through social media platforms or email. (Terms and conditions apply).

All products are eligible for return only if a manufacturing defect is identified or appears within the first 30 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us through our social media platforms or email with at least 3 photos or one video clip that demonstrates the manufacturing defect to initiate your product return request. (Terms and conditions apply).

In the event of a customer changing their mind about the product, products manufactured on demand are not eligible for return. As for ready-made products, they can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt only if the product's accessories are complete, it is secured in the original packaging, and the product is in its original condition.

All return requests are verified by our specialized team to confirm eligibility. Here are some examples of products that are not eligible for return:

  • Products manufactured on demand in case of changing one's mind about the product.
  • Ready-made products without the original packaging or not in their original condition.
  • Products received more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products intended for personal use such as mattresses and pillows, etc.
  • Products determined to be damaged due to misuse.
  • Products not assembled by the Rawmart team.

Rawmart provides assembly and installation service for all products except for the following self-installation products:

  • TV unit shelves
  • Bathroom storage
  • Tableaux
  • Wall clocks
  • Shelves

When will the paid amount be refunded?

The process of refunding the paid amount begins as soon as the product is confirmed to have been returned to Rawmart. The refund process takes from 5 to 14 working days (subject to change based on the policy of the issuing bank).
